1. Services

Echolaunch provides:

 -Digital marketing consulting

 -HighLevel (GoHighLevel) account setup, optimization, and support

 -Funnel, pipeline, and automation design

 -Marketing strategy and workflow development

 -All services are provided as agreed upon with each client.

2. Eligibility:

-You must be at least 18 years old to use our services.

 -By engaging with echolaunch, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

3. Payments & Fees:

-Fees will be clearly communicated before work begins.

 -Payment is due upfront unless otherwise agreed in writing.

-Refunds: Refunds are not provided except where required by law. 

4. Client Responsibilities:

Clients agree to:

-Provide accurate and timely information necessary to complete projects.

-Grant echolaunch appropriate access to tools, platforms, and accounts.

-Use Echolaunch’s services and recommendations ethically and lawfully.

5. Intellectual Property

-Echolaunch Original Content: All materials, strategies, workflows, designs, training resources, and content created by Echolaunch are the intellectual property of Echolaunch unless otherwise stated in writing. You are granted a limited, non-transferable license to use these deliverables solely for your internal business purposes. You may not copy, resell, or redistribute Echolaunch-created materials without prior written consent.

-White-Labeled Software (HighLevel): Echolaunch provides access to HighLevel software under a white-label license. Echolaunch does not claim ownership of the underlying HighLevel platform or its source code. By using Echolaunch services, you agree to comply with HighLevel’s terms of service in addition to Echolaunch’s policies.

Client Data & Ownership: Any data, content, or materials you upload into the HighLevel platform remain your property. Echolaunch will not claim ownership of your business data or customer information.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

-Echolaunch provides services designed to improve marketing and business outcomes. However:

-We cannot guarantee specific results (such as revenue growth or lead conversion).

-Outcomes depend on many factors outside of our control.

7. Limitation of Liability:

-To the fullest extent permitted by law:

 -Echolaunch shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

 -Total liability for any claim shall not exceed the fees paid for the specific service.

8. Termination:

-Either party may terminate services with written notice.

-Fees for completed work are non-refundable.

9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution:

-These Terms are governed by the laws of The United States.

 -Any disputes shall first be attempted to be resolved through mediation, and if unresolved, submitted to binding arbitration in The State Of Florida.

10. Updates to Terms

-We may revise these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always be posted on our website,

-with the 'Effective Date' updated accordingly.
